Carol Jensson
Founder, Food Stylist, Author & Manager
I love playing with my food. And for over 20 years, I’ve been doing it for a living, combining my passion for design and food.
As well as a food stylist for film, television, and print, I’ve worked in many areas of the culinary arts and co-authored/styled several cookbooks, including the New Granville Island Market Cookbook. I was the creative coordinator for The Urban Peasant cooking show, which aired nationwide daily on CBC for over 500 episodes. In recent years, I have also taught food and props styling for food photography and film.
Cimone Schelle
Food Stylist & Chef
Cimone is a Vancouver based food stylist, chef and props stylist. Having trained at Dubrulle French Culinary Institute, she went on to develop valuable skills and experience working in the kitchens of some of Vancouver’s most notable restaurants before transitioning into the film industry as a chef and caterer. Cimone’s technical skills and knowledge of the science behind the style allowed for an effortless and natural transition to an on-set props food stylist. Cimone is prepared for anything that comes her way and allows her experience and imagination to guide her to produce the director’s artistic vision. Cimone’s experience includes many Hollywood studio productions, as well as collaborations with brands such as Campbells, CHEX and Daisy Sour Cream.
